Tajikistan court sentences 56 Islamists to jail and fines

Moscow - Tajikistan's Supreme Court has sentenced 56 people to jail terms or heavy fines for belonging to the banned Tablighi Jamaat Islamist movement, the Interfax news agency reported Wednesday.
