Ski resort plans to be presented

Print Comment
MINTURN — Plans for a private ski resort south of town will be presented to the public at a meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Thursday in the Minturn Middle School gymnasium.

The developer, the Ginn Company, will make a presentation of plans submitted last month to the town of Minturn.

After the presentation, there will be a public question and answer session with project team members. The company plans to hold regular community meetings about its plans to build a private ski hill, luxury homes and a golf course south of Minturn.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, Ginn is offering tabletop tours of its proposal for Minturn and Red Cliff residents. To make an appointment, contact Cliff Thompson at 827-4604 or cthompson@ginncompany.com.
When conditions allow, guided jeep and ATV tours of the property may also be available. People can also visit www.battlemtndevelopment.info which contains all of the documents in the plan.
